Help plan and run regular activities and special seasonal events! We are always looking for event volunteers and the roles you can take on are really varied and include planning, stewarding, making decorations, cooking, leading activities and much more. We provide support and volunteer briefings to make sure you have a great experience.

Many families in the Splott area lack access to gardens or green spaces, so a club to explore, enjoy and appreciate nature is so important - we have been told by families that Nature Club is the highlight of their week! Our family Nature Club runs after school every Wednesdays in term time and we're always seeking new people to join the team - it's loads of fun!

Are you looking for something regular, or a role where you can take on more responsibility, use your skills, and gain experience? The roles listed here are essential for the running of Railway Gardens and can give you a useful insight into the day to day running of a community project.

Help us reach more people in our community! We often need support with things like flyering, welcoming new groups, or attending local community events to represent the project. These are casual activities, perfect if you can't commit to something regular.
