Elgin Allies has many volunteer opportunities for individual residents, students, business groups, churches, and service clubs interested in giving back to the community. Giving back through our time and talents, helps the community and enhances the quality of life for residents. Opportunities to serve the community range anywhere from working in community gardens, to helping at a city event, to administrative duties within various city departments, to becoming a “sidewalk hero,” shoveling snow for seniors and school routes. |
