The Salvation Army - Central Indiana Area Command

We are looking for individuals and groups to donate their time and give back at our centers and corps which have volunteer opportunities.  Please check out the following opportunities available at our Eagle Creek corps located at 4400 N. High School Rd:

***nursery worker - help needed in our nursery area on Sundays from 9:30am-12:30pm and Tuesdays from 5:30-7:30pm
***youth program - plan activities for children between three and five years old on Tuesdays from 6-7pm
***gym assistant with youth - help in our community open gym on Wednesdays from 3-5pm
***food pantry driver - drive to Gleaner's to pick up weekly food and bring back/unload van on Thursdays from 7:30-9am
***food pantry preparation - pack food boxes and get other items ready on Thursdays from 9am-12pm
***food pantry assistant - help with distributing food to families on Fridays from 9am-12pm

Please note most of these volunteer positions require an online background check and our in person Safe from Harm training (we cover any costs).  Also, any positions where an individual will be driving a Salvation Army vehicle requires a completed motor vehicle report.
