Greet people as they come into the building.
Direct people where they need to go or take a message if we cannot help them right then.
Answer the phone.
Take messages or put the calls through to the various employees.
Transfer calls to the thrift store for furniture pick-ups, etc.
Mondays and Fridays (Food Pantry Day), make sure clients show picture ID and fill the entire form out before they go through the pantry.
Make copies of various forms for the office when they are running low.
Accept monetary donations, fill out and give receipt to the donor, and place the donation in the safe.
Accept food donations, fill out and give the receipt to the donor, fill out the Gifts-In-Kind sheet and see that the food pantry gets the donation.
