The Quartermaster has the responsibility of monitoring the condition and appearance of the corps properities, inside and outside. The Quartermaster should give oversight and guidance in all properity projects. The officer's quarters are to be maintained by or in cooperation with the officer(s), but in the time of an exchange of officers, the Quartermaster is to make sure that the quarters and corps building are presentable for the new officer(s), and should be there upon their arrival to lend a hand and show them around. The Quartermaster should be knowledgeable of reliable, trustworth business in the community that will be needed for upkeep and repairs of corps and quarters equipement. They will maintain corps supplies for facilities and equipement maintenance. It is the Quartermaster duty to ensure regular and routine maintenance and cleaning occuirs with all corps vehicles.
