The Winnebago County Medical Reserve Corps (MRC), housed under and managed by the Winnebago County Health Department, is a group of medical and non-medical volunteers that serve communities throughout Winnebago County, IL by strengthening public health infrastructure and improving emergency preparedness.
MRC volunteers include medical and public health professionals, as well as other community members without health care backgrounds who want to improve the health, safety, and resiliency of their community.
