Unit Home Page

The Winnebago County MRC Unit is housed and managed by the Winnebago County Health Department (WCHD), as such, all volunteers are required to complete Mandated Reporter Training upon acceptance to the unit and annually per WCHD Policy 038-0627-22.

If within the last year, you have completed Mandated Reporter Training with your employer, school, or as part of your credentialing requirements, please email your certificate of completion to Sheila Elliott (SElliott@publichealth.wincoil.gov), and you will not need to complete the training again.

For all others, please complete the required Training for Mandated Reporters at https://mr.dcfstraining.org/UserAuth/Login and email the certificate of completion to Sheila Elliott (SElliott@publichealth.wincoil.gov).
