Volunteering With the Cibolo Center for Conservation

Spring Renewal Workday

Join the Cibolo Center for Conservation in celebrating National River Cleanup Day, a nationwide effort that brings communities together to protect the rivers, creeks, and waterways that sustain our ecosystems. Each year, thousands of volunteers across the country participate in cleanups to reduce pollution, improve wildlife habitat, and ensure cleaner, healthier waterways for future generations.

Cibolo's Spring Renewal Workday is a focused effort to restore and improve key areas surrounding the Nature Center. These projects address erosion, aging infrastructure, habitat restoration, and campus appearance.

Together, these improvements will make the Visitors Center area safer for visitors, reduce environmental damage from erosion, and make nature more accessible to all, including visitors who cannot easily reach more remote areas of the Cibolo Creek corridor.

Individuals, small and large corporate, civic, highschool groups are invited to participate

Food and refreshments for volunteers will be donated by community supporters.
