Event Operations Volunteer

The “Events Operations” position is a volunteer role within the HB Resource Development team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Transport event totes to/from HB office and event location

Assemble tent and chairs on the day of event

Unpack equipment, table decoration and signage

Assemble table setup (table cloths, decoration, signage)

Disassemble tent

Disassemble table setup

Safely pack equipment, table decoration and signage into event totes

Registration/ticket sales, as needed

Other cleanup, as needed

 

Pre- and Post- Event Volunteer

The “Pre- and Post- Event” position is a volunteer role within the HB Resource Development team. This position operates before and after an event - typically in the HB office.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Regular organization and cleanup of HB storage room

Inventory of HB t-shirts and HB swag

Inventory of HB literature and business cards

Preparation of events totes before event

Unpack events totes after event

Assists HB Events Coordinator, as needed
