Southern Maryland Food Bank – Tuesday Pantry Support (Heavy Lifting Required)

Support the Southern Maryland Food Bank’s Tuesday pantry operations by helping to stock and organize food items and assist with distributing pre-packed bags to clients. Volunteers will carry food bags to clients’ vehicles and help ensure a smooth, respectful, and efficient distribution process.

This role involves frequent lifting of items up to approximately 45 pounds, so volunteers should be comfortable with physical tasks. Your support plays a vital role in helping families receive food with dignity and care.
