Southern Maryland Food Bank

For more than 30 years, the Southern Maryland Food Bank and Outreach Services have been helping to fight hunger in our community. Our primary mission has been to supply emergency food to nearly 30 food pantries operating in Charles, St. Mary’s and Calvert counties. In response to the growing hunger needs of the community, the Southern Maryland Food Bank also manages several programs that include: a local food pantry, a community garden and the delivery of healthy groceries to at risk children and senior citizens.
