Eyes Ears Nose and Paws

We use volunteer teams of an adult with a child ("adult/child team") regularly to help with training our dogs around children and assessing our dogs during client public access tests and similar evaluations. 

• The child (preferably under 10 yrs old) and adult will need to be calm around dogs.
• The team will be asked to walk up to our client-dog teams, say hello and walk away.
• Adult/child shifts happen primarily in the community at locations like Home Depot or Southpoint Mall (outside) but we can also use help from adult/child teams at our office.
• Shifts are short -- typically 15-30 minutes.
• We have some Saturday slots but we have the most trouble filling slots on weekdays during the work day.
