The Parks & Recreation Foundation of San Carlos is looking for volunteers to staff our drink token sales booths at the

32nd Annual San Carlos Art & Wine Faire

Saturday and Sunday, October 12 and 13, 2024

*VOLUNTEER TRAINING WILL BE SCHEDULED PRIOR TO THE FAIRE*

It takes the efforts of many to guarantee the success of this HUGE community event, and it's great fun to be involved in the Faire! You can help by selling drink tokens! Sign up early for your favorite booth (subject to availability)!

• Check in 15 minutes early at the information booth each day you work and receive an official nametag. Checking in early helps coordinate the transition of volunteers at each location.
•  If you have an emergency on the day of the event and cannot work for some reason, please text/call Lauren at (650) 590-6315 (text is preferable).
• Parking is available at the Wheeler Plaza Garage (entering at Walnut Street), SamTrans Building garage (entering on Walnut), underground at the San Carlos Library or wherever you can find it.
• “Corner Captains” will be at your booth at the start of your shift to provide training. They will be nearby to assist when needed.

• NO DRINKING IN THE BOOTH! Due to regulations from the Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), we will be strictly enforcing this rule. This is a critical issue as it could affect our ABC license and ability to continue holding this event.
