Location: Strathcarron Shop, King Street, Stirling
Responsible To: Manager/Deputy Manager — Stirling
Department: Retail
Hours: Monday — Saturday
10:00am — 4:00pm
(Not required every day or all the time)
ROLE PURPOSE AND KEY DUTIES
To help run the Stirling shop and ensure a high standard of service for customers.
Key Duties: (not exhaustive)
- stocking and organising shelves and other areas of product;
- creating and maintaining store displays;
- using the CyberTill to process payments for items;
- assisting customers with getting products and any additional queries.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- climbing on ladders to stack product;
- reaching to high places.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- an enthusiastic and friendly volunteer;
- good organisational skills;
- good communicator;
- comfortable with collaborative and independent working.
