ROLE PURPOSE AND KEY DUTIES
The Compassionate Communities team operate with the Forth Valley (Falkirk, Stirling & Clacks) as well as Cumbernauld/Kilsyth providing a befriending service to members of these communities.
This role involves obtaining feedback through telephone interviews from existing service users.
Key Duties: (not exhaustive)
- Using the list provided by the Team, telephone the service user
- Go through the questions on the feedback form noting the service user’s response
- Input the response onto excel spreadsheet
- Feedback to Community Development Lead
