Care Kits
Help PATH build relationships with our neighbors experiencing homelessness!
This a perfect opportunity to get a group together and get directly involved in making a difference! This opportunity would involve your group hosting a drive for hygiene items and non-perishable snacks, and then assembling the donated items into 1-gallon sized plastic bags.
Care Kits are the primary engagement tool that PATH utilizes to build relationships and connect with individuals experiencing homelessness. PATH street outreach teams distribute the Care Kits to our neighbors experiencing homelessness all across California – we have outreach teams that connect with community members from San Jose to LA to San Diego.
We always have a high need for Care Kits, so we truly appreciate your interest in putting together these much-needed items to benefit our community.
