Tutoring and mentoring
IRCO`s tutoring and mentoring roles provide after-school academic support, enrichment activities, and essential wraparound services to students and families from various backgrounds. Our goal is to create a welcoming, engaging, and safe space where students can explore interests, strengthen skills, and build positive connections with peers and trusted adults. Volunteers play an important role in helping students succeed both inside and outside the classroom, whether through tutoring, facilitating activities, or assisting with program operations. We also have many adult ESL tutoring roles at our cultural centers.
