Tax Assist (VITA) Program
IRCO’s Tax Program is part of the IRS’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) initiative, offering free, reliable tax preparation to eligible taxpayers across the Portland Metro area.Clinics will be held 3Xweekly from February–April 20027 at various IRCO sites and cultural centers. IRS-certified volunteers serve as Intake Specialists or Tax Preparers, applying their training and certification knowledge to ensure every taxpayer receives accurate, timely assistance.
