Tax Assist (VITA) Program
IRCO’s Tax Program is part of the IRS’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) initiative, offering free, reliable tax preparation to eligible taxpayers across the Portland Metro area. February–April 2026 will be our fourth year running clinics, with appointments available three days a week at various IRCO locations and cultural centers. IRS Certified volunteers serve as Intake Specialists or Tax Preparers, applying their training and certification knowledge to ensure every taxpayer receives accurate, timely assistance.
