Volunteer Role/Title: Administrative Intern –SPECIAL PROGRAMS

Locations: Remote (potential for onsite work at IRCO offices)
Schedule: This position may be for 2-4 hours a week, time and dates flexible to accommodate intern’s schedule. Time commitment at least a few months with opportunity to extend.
Program Description: The SPECIAL PROGRAMS team is an administrative unit at IRCO working on a multi-year, multi-faceted Program Management Standards Project for all of IRCO's Programs Teams in order to streamline management practices and service delivery. SPECIAL PROGRAMS is looking for a volunteer/intern that can help with these efforts.
Position Details: The intern would support SPECIAL PROGRAMS initiatives, mostly working on specific assignments provided by the Special Programs Team.
Examples of work may be:
-Support with editing and formatting of documents
-Support with editing and updating training videos (previous video editing experience not required, but preferred)
-Planning and editing staff engagement activity guides
-Support with communications and style guide re-branding efforts
Intern Experience & Impact: This would be a great position for someone looking to gain administrative, creative, organizational training, experiential learning, and communications experience. Through this opportunity, the intern will help indirectly provide administrative support to all IRCO programs.
