Volunteer Role/Title: Video Editor Intern 

Program Area/Name: Special Programs Team- Strategy, Program Oversight, & Quality 

Locations: Remote 

Schedule: Afternoon(s) (12pm-5pm)  

Project timeline: Mid August through September, at 4-6 hours/week. Schedule could be anytime that intern is available, with the possibility of a meeting with a member of the Special Programs Team once a week. Would start after the initial video footage is filmed 

Time Commitment: 6 weeks- 2 months with the possibility to extending based on project progress 

Program Description: The Special Programs Team at IRCO is entering a new phase of rolling out a series of tools related to organization wide Program Management Standards. For this phase, we need to develop a series of training videos for each tool or group of tools to help onboard new hires to IRCO Program Teams. This project will directly impact service delivery and staff capacity across the organization to build program leaders' skills and standardize work across programs. The project will be assisting the Special Programs Team with limited capacity to see through the details of the project. 

Position Details: This technical position would assist the Special Program Team to edit footage of videos into a comprehensive training video package. 

Experience & Impact:  This project will work with an internal IRCO staff team  , however the work being done will both directly and indirectly have an impact on our clients and in our staff's service delivery, for the benefit of the whole organization. The volunteer would be able to utilize or build their skills in video editing
