We are seeking self-motivated, energized photographers to volunteer their artistic eye and help capture these moments.

Accepted photographers will join a pool of volunteers who receive notifications when IRCO programs are hosting events and requesting photography support (typically at least two weeks in advance). Notifications include event details, and if a photographer is available to support, they will be connected to the event organizer to discuss special considerations and any required training or onboarding.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

  • Capture photos at events and fulfill other IRCO photo requests.

  • Take a mix of candid, action, and occasional portrait shots to help tell the story of the event.

  • Coordinate with the Volunteer Team and event organizers to ensure smooth photography and client needs are met.

  • Submit photos approximately three workdays after the event via the preferred file-sharing platform. High-resolution JPEGs and original RAW files are preferred; editing and color grading are a plus.

  • Share photos via a link on a file-sharing platform (e.g., Google Albums, OneDrive) accessible to communications staff, program staff, and clients. Files will be downloaded to IRCO’s internal system, allowing volunteers to clear personal storage as needed.
