Purpose

The Hairdresser position is a major part of the women's recovery program. This is a great opportunity for the women in the recovery program to have someone take care of them and feel special. This is a great opportunity for someone to lead an engaging conversation and interact with the women on a deeper level while getting their glam on. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Cut, style, and treat women's hair
• Consult and advise women on possible hairstyles
• Prep and clean hair salon
• Keep track of available inventory and inform staff of any product needs

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Able to give instructions well
