Baptistcare Head Office - Belmont - Administration and Projects

Volunteers assist Baptistcare Support staff with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing/archiving,responding to general enquiries, mailouts and other administrative tasks. 

Volunteers usually work a 3-4-hour shift on a weekly or ad hoc basis.

Generally based at Baptistcare Head office in Belmont, Administration Support Volunteers are sometimes utilised across all the other Baptistcare facilities.

Essential requirements:  

  • National Police Clearance (screened in accordance with the organizations policies)
  • Influenza vaccine on an annual basis
  • COVID 19 vaccination as mandated
  • A signed statutory declaration.
  • Orientation and mandatory trainings including code of conduct, our Values and Infection controls and others as required)
