Meet & Greet - Barnet

Come and support our clinics in Barnet creating a friendly, welcoming and helpful environment at the clinic and offer directional advice and practical assistance to patients and visitors. 

Availability

Watling Clinic: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:00)

Child’s Hill Clinic: Monday, Tuesday, Friday (09:00 – 17:00)

Role duties: 

• Meet and greet patients, relatives and visitors with a friendly and polite welcome
• Direct/accompany patients, families and visitors to their seats or where their appointment is and support patients with self check when they arrive for their appointment
• Support patients with self check when they arrive for their appointment
• Answer face to face enquiries and provide information where appropriate
• Provide information on local amenities such as public transport, availability of refreshments
• Collect feedback from customers and visitors, such as our Friends and Family Comment Cards

Skills and experience: 

Essential:

• You’ll be friendly and polite
• You’ll be comfortable approaching patients and visitors in a confident and caring manner
• You’ll have good listening skills
• You’ll be sensitive and tactful, with emotional resilience
• You’ll keep calm in a busy and dynamic clinic
• You’ll work on own initiative and ask for help when needed

• You’ll understand the importance of confidentiality

Desirable:

• Reception/admin experience
• Multi-lingual
