Project Support - Patient Experience

We’re looking for a volunteer to support the Patient Experience team in effectively recording patient feedback and related activities. Help us to understand the trends in patient feedback and ensure the feedback is collected and recorded in a timely manner. You’ll work closely with the Patient Experience team and clinical teams to log the feedback and escalate any concerns. You’ll be making a massive difference to a patients’ experience and help us reach more people who need our help.

Availability
This role is available on Thursdays for a 4 hours shift once per week

  • Soho Centre for Health and Care

Role duties: 

  • Inputing patient feedback into our digital systems accurately and in a timely manner
  • Helping to organise, categorise, and file patient comments, compliments, and concerns
  • Supporting the team in identifying trends or patterns in feedback
  • Preparing materials for meetings or patient panels (e.g., agendas, assembling packs)
  • Helping the team present patient feedback in accessible formats
  • Supporting special events or patient engagement activities when available

Skills and experience:

  • Has good It skills including use of Microsoft packages and email
  • Has excellent communication skills, is empathetic and non-judgemental
  • Good attention to detail, especially when entering and organising data
  • Treats all people with politeness, dignity and respect
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality and following procedures.
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
