Who will see the difference? Volunteer supervisors, volunteers and staff across the Trust
Introduction:
We’re looking for four friendly and confident volunteers to help us capture and share the stories of NHS staff who support volunteers across West London NHS Trust, inspiring more staff teams to partner with volunteers as part of our healthcare services. Each volunteer will be given one staff contact and will create one case study showing the difference they have made through working with volunteers. Your support will give each case study the dedicated time and focus that our busy Volunteer Services team may not always be able to offer.
We will require support with:
- Contacting an allocated NHS staff member and arranging a suitable time to speak
- Having a friendly telephone or online conversation using questions provided by Volunteer Services
- Writing one clear, engaging case study and submitting it by 7 August 2026
This is a remote role, so you will need access to a computer or suitable device, a telephone and the internet. Good listening, communication and writing skills are important. You should feel comfortable contacting staff professionally, working independently and treating all information shared with you confidentially. Guidance and a case study template will be provided.
