Event Support Volunteer - Carers Week (July)
Carer Week - Support Onsite, Make a Difference in One Day!

Volunteers: up to 3 volunteers
Who will see the difference? Our staff who work as well as have caring duties outside of work.
West London NHS Trust Carers Network are looking to host an afternoon of support and networking for our staff who are also carers. It is a great opportunity for those wishing to Join us at our Trust HQ for an afternoon of networking with other carers and taking some time out for themselves. We are planning a nice lunch and an afternoon of games. Whether they are just starting out in their carer responsibilities or are happy to share with others their experiences and support, this event is the perfect opportunity to meet others in a similar situation Meet members of the network Thursday 2nd July 2026
These will be a fantastic opportunity for you to greet and accommodate.
The volunteering activity
The Welcome event is happening in White Rooms A, B and C at the Trust Headquarters.
- Session (11.30 – 16.30)
We will require support with:
- Setting up the rooms
- Support in refreshments provision
- Clear down end of session
Considerations
You are likely to be on your feet for significant periods of the day and some lifting and moving of equipment will be required. Car park facilities are available at the site; you can register your car at reception on the day. Refreshments area also available.
