Nursing Conference  - support onsite during a morning and/or afternoon

Date: Wednesday 24th June 2026

Location: The Stoop at Twickenham 

Address: The Stoop - Langhorn Drive, Twickenham, TW2 7SX

Timings: 08:15 – 12:30  and/or 12:30 – 17:00 

Volunteers: up to 2 volunteers per shift

Who will see the difference? Our amazing nurses working with West London NHS Trust

We are hosting a Conference to celebrate nursing. The theme of this year’s conference is “The Power of Nursing: Caring with Compassion, Delivering with Excellence, Leading with Resilience”. The conference will bring together nurses from across our Trust services to reflect on the benefits of collaborating and connecting to drive better and safer care, to share and celebrate what we do and to build on best practice to shape the future of nursing at the Trust.

The volunteering activity

We will require support with;

•    Car park attendance 
•    Registration  
•    Event/Activity stewarding
•    Set up/clear down of tables at start and end of the event

Considerations

You are likely to be on your feet for significant periods of the day and some lifting and moving of equipment will be required.  Car park facilities are available at the site.
