Volunteers: up to 2 volunteers
Who will see the difference? Residents of Ealing Borough currently smoking and experiencing health inequalities
Ealing Smokefree service provide support for those who want to quit smoking. We use evidence-based methods to help people make meaningful changes to their behaviour. Patient will be able to access stop smoking medication and behavioural support from one of our specialist advisors
The volunteering activity
We are looking for volunteers to support with referral re-engagement phone calls and booking appointments or updating smoking status as appropriate.
Considerations
This is an office-based role and there will be administrators and team leads on hand to support with a brief training, providing reports to work from and on hand to support with patient questions.
