Timings: From 3pm to approx. 7pm. Dinner is provided between 7-9pm and volunteers are invited to stay.

Who will see the difference? Our amazing healthcare people working and volunteering with West London NHS Trust for outstanding patient care where there achievements will be celebrated during an awards ceremony evening.
Get ready to be part of something truly special! The Excellence Awards is our flagship event – an unforgettable evening where we celebrate the outstanding achievements of our staff and volunteers. As an Event Support Volunteer, you’ll be right at the heart of it all – helping bring the event to life at a beautiful hotel venue. From the elegant drinks reception to the three-course dinner and inspiring awards ceremony, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth, memorable experience for everyone involved. It’s a fantastic opportunity to be part of a feel-good celebration and see the impact of your support in real time!
The volunteering activity:
We will require support with;
- Signposting and support with shuttle bus boarding at Hayes and Harlington train station 5.30-7pm (2)
- Event set up – preparing the room for our guests 3-5.30pm (4)
- Greeting and checking in guests on arrival (4)
Key considerations
Likely to be on their feet for a significant period of time. Smart clothing and footwear required in keeping with a professional event, a volunteer sash will be provided.
