Mystery telephone calling  - make a difference in a couple of hours

Date:  Multiple one off shift opportunities 2nd September to 31st December 2025

Location: Armstrong Way, Southall, Ealing

Address: 1 Armstrong Way, London, UB2 4SD

Timings: Up to 2 hours per shift anytime between 9am-5pm on Tuesdays and Fridays

Volunteers: up to 1 volunteer per shift

Who will see the difference? Our users of our Human resource/people service for our local healthcare

As a Mystery Caller Volunteer in our Human Resource Team at West London NHS Trust, you will play a crucial role in helping maintain and improve our service quality. 
This role involves making random simple telephone calls to assess the responsiveness, professionalism, and effectiveness of our people service.

The volunteering activity:

We require support with:

•    Calling colleagues with basic calls to understand  responsiveness
•    Taking records of calls

Key considerations:

This role is desk based and an ability to speak confidently on telephone voice is required. Car park facilities are available on site; you can register your car at reception on the day
