Nursing Conference  - support onsite during a morning and/or afternoon

Date: Wednesday 25th June 2025

Location: The Stoop at Twickenham

Timings: 08:15 – 12:30  and/or 12:30 – 17:00 

Volunteers: up to 2 volunteers per shift

Who will see the difference? Our amazing nurses working with West London NHS Trust

We are hosting a conference to celebrate collaboration in nursing. On this day we will be celebrating our achievements as nurses, reflecting on the power of collaboration and building on best practice to shape the future of nursing at the Trust.  This is a real opportunity to make a difference to the experience of our great nurses providing great care in a morning and/or afternoon volunteering shift. 

The volunteering activity

We will require support with;

•    Car park attendance 
•    Registration  
•    Supporting event stewarding
•    Set up/clear down of tables at the start and end of the event

Considerations

You are likely to be on your feet for significant periods of the day and some lifting and moving of equipment will be required.  Car park facilities are available at the site.
