The S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation is thrilled to announce the 2026 Bridge to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Gala will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the Westin Bayshore Hotel. This year’s gala has a Secret Garden Soiree theme and will be filled with good company and many exciting activities. The Bridge to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Gala is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, raising money for our essential services that support newcomers, youth, seniors, families, and our mental health programs.

Role: Loading-in and Set-up Volunteer

Date/Time: Saturday, March 7th 2026, 9:30am-3:30pm

Location: Westin Bayshore Hotel (1601 Bayshore Drive, Vancouver)

Duties:

• Loading off materials
• Distribute materials to respective stations
• Assist the venue setup including banquet hall and foyer

Qualifications:

• Ability to carry 20 pounds
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods

Dress Code: Clothes that are comfortable to move in, comfortable shoes.

An online orientation will be held closer to the event date. A meal will also be provided.
