Community Engagement


Welcome to the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Community Engagement Volunteer Portal.

The Community Engagement Department works to foster and promote social awareness and community involvement through volunteer and membership development. The Community Engagement team engages volunteers to support special events throughout the community. 

Community Event opportunities include:

  • Cultural and Neighbourhood Celebrations (examples include the Vancouver Chinatown Spring Parade & Festival (February), Vancouver Chinatown Remembrance Day Ceremony(November), TD  Chinatown Festival (August) and Annual the Chinatown Clean-up (May).

Volunteers also support the Community Engagement department with administrative, clerical and reception roles

  • Volunteer Shift: Morning (9:00am-1:00pm), afternoon (2:00pm-5:00pm)

If you are a secondary school student and needs Work Experience through volunteering work, Community Engagement Team can support

  • We only accept a student from Lower Mainland.
