The S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation is thrilled to announce the 2026 Bridge to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Gala will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the Westin Bayshore Hotel. This year’s gala has a Secret Garden Soiree theme and will be filled with good company and many exciting activities. The Bridge to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Gala is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, raising money for our essential services that support newcomers, youth, seniors, families, and our mental health programs.

Role: Stage Area Volunteer

Date/Time: Saturday, March 7th 2026, 3:30pm-10:30pm

Location: Westin Bayshore Hotel (1601 Bayshore Drive, Vancouver)

Duties:

• Assist front stage and backstage activities including
  • Identify people coming on stage
  • Line-up on stage guests
  • Prepare all props and materials ready for stage activities
  • Stage escorts: escorts on stage guests to go on and off stage

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and walk for a long period of time

Dress Code: Business Casual or Formal (Black, Dark Grey, or Navy colours preferred)

An online orientation will be held closer to the event date. A meal will also be provided.
