Community Engagement and Special Events

The Community Engagement Office at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is looking for reception volunteers during the season of the Income Tax Clinic! 

Commitment: Minimum two shift ( 6hours) per week, between Monday to Friday (Except holidays) 
Shifts: Looking for volunteers for a morning shift (9:15am-12:30pm) and afternoon (1:30pm-4:30pm) 

Location: 38 West Pender Street, Vancouver BC (G38)

Duties: 

• Answer phone and/or walk-in inquiries
• Assist clients with registration and appointment reservations for income tax clinic
• Support staff for income tax clinic operation 
• Help with Client Intake 

Qualifications: 

• Excellent communication skills
• Additional languages (Cantonese, Mandarin) an asset
• Good customer service skills
• A free Criminal Record Check is required before starting the role
