The S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation is thrilled to announce the 2026 Bridge to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Gala will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the Westin Bayshore Hotel. This year’s gala has a Secret Garden Soiree theme and will be filled with good company and many exciting activities. The Bridge to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Gala is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, raising money for our essential services that support newcomers, youth, seniors, families, and our mental health programs.

Role: Volunteer Coordination/General Support Volunteer

Date/Time: Saturday, March 7th 2026, 3:00pm-11:00pm

Location: Westin Bayshore Hotel (1601 Bayshore Drive, Vancouver)

Duties:

• Ensure sign-in and sign-off for all volunteers
• Give out work badges & handouts upon volunteers sign-in
• Assist meal arrangement for volunteers
• Manage security of the volunteer room
• Keep volunteer area clean and tidy
• Assist event take down & move out
• Act as the support team for any ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous customer experience is an asset

Dress Code: Business Casual or Formal (Black, Dark Grey, or Navy colours preferred)

An online orientation will be held closer to the event date. A meal will also be provided.
