The S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation is thrilled to announce the 2026 Bridge to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Gala will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the Westin Bayshore Hotel. This year’s gala has a Secret Garden Soiree theme and will be filled with good company and many exciting activities. The Bridge to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Gala is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, raising money for our essential services that support newcomers, youth, seniors, families, and our mental health programs.

Role: Performer Green Room Volunteer

Date/Time: Saturday, March 7th 2026, 4:30pm-10:30pm

Location: Westin Bayshore Hotel (1601 Bayshore Drive, Vancouver)

Duties:

• Oversee the green room and make sure performers are taken care of
• Ensure performers are ready to stand by before their performances are scheduled
• Security and manage the room and performers’ belongings
• Keep the green room clean and tidy
• Assist event take down & move out

Qualifications:

• Previous customer experience is an asset

Dress Code: Business Casual or Formal (Black, Dark Grey, or Navy colours preferred)

An online orientation will be held closer to the event date. A meal will also be provided.
