The Salvation Army - Central Indiana Area Command

Every Christmas there are children lacking life’s vital needs because their families are struggling financially and cannot afford the expense.  As you can imagine, it takes hundreds of volunteer hours to make Angel Tree happen each year. 

Please consider joining us in one or more of the following roles: organize a toy drive, accept gifts being dropped off at one of three locations, help families complete their applications for assistance, inventory and organize gifts during sorting days, help families select gifts who visit us for the toy shop model, and help load gifts inside vehicles for families who visit us for the bag distribution model. 

Please note we are still finalizing details regarding the locations for Angel Tree sorting/inventory, receiving gifts, set up, distribution, and clean up.  Volunteer shifts will be posted later this summer for the following positions:
***application assistance at our Eagle Creek and/or Fountain Square Corps
***sorting/inventory days at a warehouse in Whitestown
***receiving gifts at our main office in Castleton
***receiving gifts at our Eagle Creek and/or Fountain Square Corps 
***Angel Tree Toy Shop set up at our Eagle Creek and/or Fountain Square Corps
***Angel Tree Toy Shop dates at our Eagle Creek and/or Fountain Square Corps
***Angel Tree bag distribution set up at our Eagle Creek and/or Fountain Square Corps
***Angel Tree bag distribution at our Eagle Creek and/or Fountain Square Corps
***Angel Tree clean up at our Eagle Creek and/or Fountain Square Corps
