Meeting on the second Thursday of the month, the Cocker Catchment Volunteer Group helps with practical conservation tasks ranging from tree and hedge planting to invasive species management.

When: Thursday 12th February, 10.00am-3.00pm
Where: Near Loweswater
What: Tree thinning

Please bring waterproofs, clothing suitable for the weather and that you don't mind getting muddy, sturdy footwear/wellies, lunch, snacks, drinks, hat and any personal medication/inhalers etc you need for the day.

Tools will be provided. No experience necessary. There are no facilities on the site. 

If you can't make the full day then please just let Sarah know before the event.
