Hospital Guides At QEII Hospital, Welwyn Garden City
Tasks:
Based at QEII (NOT Lister Hospital)
- Welcoming visitors hospital and providing positive impression when they visit.
- Providing general information e.g., on parking, wheelchairs, lifts, toilet facilities etc.
- Guiding patients and visitors to clinics and wards for appointments
- Assisting with wheelchair service, for patients that require support
- Full training provided
Shift patterns:
Mon - Fri
- 9.30am – 11.30am
- 11.30am – 2pm
- 2pm - 4pm
