Team Leader
Volunteer Team Leaders manage groups of volunteers and is the main point of contact between venue staff, volunteers, and the Volunteer Office. Team Leaders must have prior leadership experience, and must definitely be friendly, organized, reliable, and ready to face the possibility of a long shift ahead.
They are responsible for assigning tasks to volunteers, rotating their team through breaks, and overall providing an inclusive and fun atmosphere.
This will be an interviewed role, and you will be required to submit two references. Specialized training is required and will be provided.
Team Leaders must attend:
- Interview with Luminato staff (April)
- Luminato Volunteer Orientation Session (May)
- Luminato Volunteer Team Leader Training Session (May)
