Help preserve and share important heritage collections by assisting with cataloguing, research, documentation and the care of historic objects. Volunteers contribute to protecting local stories and ensuring collections remain accessible for future generations.
An interest in history, museums or heritage; good attention to detail; a careful and methodical approach; basic computer and record-keeping skills; and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ideal for volunteers who are patient, organised, detail-oriented and happy to undertake sometimes repetitive, dusty or hands-on work.
