When: Saturday, July 25 from 11 am – 8 pm

 

Where: Heritage Park in Stony Plain

 

What is Mâmawihitowin?

At Mâmawihitowin, we invite attendees young and old, from near and far, to join us in celebrating the rich history, heritage, and contributions of the Lac Ste. Anne Métis community. Guests can choose to participate in authentic cultural experiences, savour warm homemade Bannock, enjoy talented Indigenous musicians and dancers, shop from a wide array of Indigenous artisans, and more!

On-Site Attractions: • Métis jigging • Horse and Wagon rides • Horseback rides • Indigenous vendor market with dozens of artisans showcasing the art of their crafts • Dedicated Kids Zone with face painting and other fun activities • Free homemade Bannock Food Vendors will be on site throughout the day.
