Community Support - St. Michael's Health Group - Special Events Volunteer

St. Michael's Health Group is looking for Special Event Volunteers

  • What are the Volunteer duties or responsibilities?
    Volunteers needed to help with program set up, to assist with the program and clean up afterwards. Special Events include seasonal teas, special occasion parties, coffee parties and barbecues in the summer months. Volunteers must be physically able to move tables and chairs.
  • Education/Knowledge Required
    Knowledge of working with seniors or persons with disabilities an asset, but not required.
  • Benefits to the Volunteer
    The volunteer will gain experience working with seniors and persons with disabilities and making a difference in their lives.
  • Time commitment required
    Availability Needed: Mostly weekday afternoons, but occasional evening or Saturday afternoon
    Frequency: Once a month or Twice a month
    This would be an ongoing position.

Start Date: Immediately
