Teaching/Tutoring/Facilitation/Supportive Learning - TriCALA - Tutors

Volunteer adult learning tutor/English language tutors, reading writing tutor, math tutors, and digital tutors.

What are the Volunteer duties or responsibilities?
Provide one-on-one tutoring in foundational learning to adults.
Work collaboratively with students to identify their learning needs and set achievable goals.
Utilize provided resources and, if comfortable, suggest appropriate learning materials.
Create a supportive, patient, and encouraging learning environment.
Maintain open communication with the TriCALA staff regarding student progress and any challenges.

Education/Knowledge Required
Passion for helping others learn and succeed.
Formal math background is a plus but not required if you are confident in helping others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and in various ways.
