Ways for Youth to Volunteer - Transalta Tri Leisure - Leaders in Training Program
An opportunity for kids and youth aged 12-16 years to get some valuable skills in leadership and build your resume while having some fun!
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support children within a recreational setting, suggesting games and activities
- Provide support to TLC Summer Camp staff (Gathering sports equipment and support activity transitions)
- Encourage children in participation of daily tasks within a variety of age groups (3yrs – 11yrs)
Education/Knowledge Preference (but not required):
- A passion and excitement to work with Children
- Babysitting or Childcare experience
Skills: Leadership, Customer Service, Strong Communication, Problem solving
Time Commitment Required: 1 week of Summer camps and a Summer Orientation training
