ABOUT

When cats and kittens first come into the shelter, they may not feel comfortable or friendly right away. Sometimes, they just need a friend! Volunteers can help us socialize our feline friends by giving them lots of attention and showing them love. Volunteers also have the opportunity to learn about the various facets of cat and kitten care.

REQUIREMENTS

All Feline Friends volunteers must be:

• At least 16 years old with a parent/guardian signature
• Comfortable with learning how to handle cats or kittens at various stages of life

All Feline Friends volunteers will be required to complete the following:

• Volunteer Orientation
• Feline Friends Training
