Events - Winter Wonderscape - Installation
Activity Description
Help our Horticulture staff create interactive tunnels, lit displays, and exciting pathways throughout the gardens for our annual Winter Wonderscape Light Show!
To be eligible to self-schedule for this volunteer activity, you must complete the short Ladder Safety training. You can find it under MY PROFILE >> Trainings.
Staff and volunteer leaders will teach and supervise volunteer groups who will work together to complete sections of the Winter Wonderscape Light Show paths.
- Installation:
- October 26-30 - outdoor install
- November 2-6, 9-13, 16, 18 - outdoor install
- De-installation: TBD
- Pack-up/inventory: TBD
What to do when you arrive?
Park in Lot S1 or S2. Sign in to Better Impact via our phone app or the front desk kiosk. Meet the horticulture staff at the front desk or they will email you with directions on where to meet.
Training and Requirements

Tools, equipment, or skills needed or provided for volunteers
Volunteers will be provided all tools needed and direction provided by horticulture staff.
