What is the MCH Consumer Review online advisory group?
MCH Consumer Review online is an opportunity for our consumers to provide online input and feedback to the hospital on quality improvement projects that will affect children and their families. This could include review of new Parent Information Sheets, participating in unit surveys or providing feedback on quality improvement initiatives.
How does this group work?
Members of the group will be sent documents or surveys by email asking them to provide their input or feedback via return email. Once the project is finalised, members will be sent the final version of the document or survey so they can see how their input has been used.
All your personal information remains confidential and will only be used for the purpose of consumer participation activities at Monash Health. Personal information remains totally separate from your Monash Health medical record.
Who can join?
Parents and carers of a baby or child who are being treated at Monash Children’s Hospital or who have received treatment in the past. This could be in the Emergency Department, nursery, inpatient ward, day surgery, intensive care or outpatient clinics at any of our sites.
How do I join?
Simply click the application button on this page - this will take you to the Consumer Review Online 'Application Form'. When you are completing the online application form make sure you select Monash Children’s Hospital under the services you have experienced.
